After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Bozeman, Hayden found inspiration from a podcast featuring Alabama’s former football coach, Nick Saban. This prompted him to pursue a master’s program in sports psychology, enabling him to combine his love for sports with his background in psychology. Since then, he has worked with athletes of all ages in Billings, emphasizing the importance of mental health in performance.
